- Will be responsible for managing channel sales and distribution operations in the assigned region for the respective category.

- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies in the region

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and consumers.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

- Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.

- Provide regular updates to leadership team on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

- Ensure timely delivery of products to partners and manage inventory levels to meet demand.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations.
