About our Client - Our client is a leading player in Hardware and Consumer products. They have a leading portfolio of products across the globe with a European origin. Our client has been in the Indian market with their leading portfolio and are looking at growing their appliance portfolio in the North region.
Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Create regional sales plan in coordination with National Manager - Appliances.
- To monitor competitor new product introductions, sales strategies and schemes.
- Continuously review sales performance data to identify issues/opportunities.
- Develop and execute action plans to fix issues and improve sales processes.
- To conduct Dealer Competency Mapping in terms of Financial position, reach and business Growth.
- To ensure that all customer complaints are immediately handled by the Sales/Technical Team.
- To assist HR department in Recruitment by conducting technical interviews of the candidates for Regional Team.
- Continuously review sales performance data to identify issues/opportunities.
- Develop and execute action plans to fix issues and improve sales processes
The Successful Candidate :
- You will have a B.E and MBA from a top university with at least 8 - 12 years experience.
- You will have an experience of managing a state and should have man management experience. You will have excellent communication skills.
