Regional Sales Manager - Startup - Alcohol Beverage Industry
Job Requirement : Candidate should have modern trade & Horeca experience in Brewery / Distillery or FMCG industry.
Responsibilities : - Collaborate with senior executives to establish a sales goal for the region
- Drive implementation of local and regional strategy/initiatives and deliver the result
- Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue corporate-set goals
- Meet performance expectations and requirements and forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals and promotion plan of both on and off-premise
- Educate sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings, prepare sales presentations to create product understanding/awareness
- Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders of the brand to boost sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients and prospects
- Identify relevant events at on-trade outlets, modern trade outlets & ensure participation.
Qualifications : - Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in luxury goods or consumer goods industry
- Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative and transparent, startup environment
- Strong social and analytical skills
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and technical documents
