About the Company :

Our client is a leading e-commerce platform that specializes in Media Buying, Planning and Execution of advertising campaigns across various media channels. With its strong presence in the AdTech space, the company aims to disrupt the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency and replace it with a self-serve advertising platform, which works for both offline and online media.

They offer over 100,000+ media options across 8 media platforms. Non Traditional, Magazine, Radio, Newspaper, Cinema, Digital, Outdoor, Airport and Airlines.

Role: Sports is the Fastest growing vertical in the company. They are empowering SMBs to advertise on sports platforms across Digital, TV, Ground, Influencer verticals which is a 20,000 crore opportunity!! This role is a B2B Sales role for the region.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of aggressive B2B Sales experience preferably in Media/Software SaaS/ FMCG.

- Bachelor's / Post Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing

Key Deliverables:

1. Creating a set of Key Accounts from within the existing clients as well as potential new clients to aggressively pitch and close deals in excess of targets.

2. Strategically planning revenue targets for 1-3-5 years, establishing a quarterly cadence tailored to the specific city or geography of responsibility.

3. Engage in client pitches while understanding the clients' brand journeys and demonstrate how sports media can effectively disrupt and enhance their marketing efforts.

5. Pitching Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for key sports properties and assets, with meticulous preparation and execution.

6. Day-to-day activities include fostering face-to-face relationships with key accounts, actively collaborating with the Key Account Management (KAM) team to identify and manage a pipeline for sports closures in the region.

7. Adopt a solution-oriented approach and nurture relationships with regional leaders from vendor sides such as Disney-Hotstar, Viacom18, Sony, and others.

8. Collaborating closely with the Account Management teams, including Sports Head and Planning teams, to ensure seamless coordination and effective client management.

Key Skills Required:

- Great analytical and communication skills

- Sharp selling acumen and business understanding

- Sound market knowledge and ability to gather intelligence

- Strong Bias for Action and ability to work with limited supervision
