Regional Sales Lead - Building Solutions:

As the Regional sales lead for Building solutions, you will be responsible for identifying business expansion opportunities, evaluating its fitment, negotiating and closing deals. Listed below are the Job responsibilities & requirement for a better understanding.

Job Responsibilities:

- Position will be based out of Bangalore.

- You will reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals.

- Representing Zenatix in various corporate events and generating sales lead.

- Target customer base shall be the Real estate, Commercial buildings, Facility Management companies and Retail chains.

- A prior knowledge of handling Building management systems will be an added advantage.

- You will filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities.

- You will design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards and keeping in mind the counter-parties- preferences & goals.

- You will lead and close the deal, understand the client requirement thoroughly and tailor pitch the product accordingly.

- You will manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company's internal operations and capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.

- Having an MBA degree from a premier college will be an added advantage.

- Relevant experience of 12+ years in Direct Sales.

- You must be well versed with the complexities of Building and Hotel electrical asset infrastructure.

- Flexible to travel Intra and Inter cities if required.

- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.

- An ability to stay calm under pressure and meeting deadlines.

- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.

- Attention to detail.

- Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
