Regional Sales HR Manager - FMCG

Job Detail :

- To recruit, select and run assessment centers for the Sales Staff

- To work closely with the capability teams to train the Sales Staff and increase their skill levels to a point where assessment centers can be held for MDs to source requirements of Sales Executives.

- To administer all policies, welfare, motivation scheme and incentives for Sales Team Leaders, Market Development Officers and Market Developers.

- To execute all designed programs targeted towards the front line

- To execute the PMS designed for the front line.

- To set objectives and KRAs, determine deliverable's; draw out action plans, mid year reviews, final reviews and feedback sessions, consolidation of the performance ratings and determination of the incentive payout.

- To Identify performance metrics and working out incentive plans with the help of Sales Manager
