Regional Sales Head - West - FMCG

Our Client is a reputed firm in the Consumer Segment

Role: Regional Sales Head - West

- Responsible for expanding the distribution footprint and key channels across the Western Region region

- Devise strategies to make sure there is a strong hold on the market share and drive sales numbers

- Ability to build up a strong distribution system and retail network, largely in General Trade.

- Create a motivated and disciplined sales team by providing leadership to ASM's and TSI's.

Candidate Profile:

- Should be MBA/PGDM from tier I / II

- FMCG/OTC experience of 10+ years
