Our client, a fast growing brand in the examination automation space ( a unique solutions, first of its kind globally) is a Singapore head quartered company having their India office in Chennai, is currently looking for Regional Sales Head - Mumbai / Pune.
Candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience with 8 years of experience in selling high value solutions / large deals ( upwards of USD 1 mn) to large Universities / colleges will be a good fit.
Some of the key requirements are given below.
- Multi layered relationships in large Universities / Education Institutions in the Western Region
- Excellent communication skills, great presentation skills
- Exposure to handling large deals and long sales cycles
- Extremely persistent in approach
- Good understanding of back end technologies and ability to articulate the solutions at CXO levels
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Lead and nurture all the relationships and create opportunities across the Region
- Grow the business and meet annual revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region
- Constantly explore new opportunities and leverage the support system available at the head quarters to his advantage
- Routine reporting to the senior leadership team
- Travel extensively within the Region
