Job Description - Regional Head - B2B Sales, reporting to Director - National Sales and Alliances.
Client Details
An MNC in ITES, recognized globally as a leader in its field, is looking for a Regional Head - B2B Sales. It is a Software services firm with multiple offerings in IOT and SaaS.
Description
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Lead a team of 4 to 5 Field Sales Executives and drive revenue through them
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and generate reference-able case studies.
- Possess technical ability to explain (not implement) infrastructure solutions
- Meet/Exceed set business objectives - Quarterly and Yearly sales targets in the given territory/accounts.
- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
- Manage the regional/account GTM sales life cycle
- Work along with solutions team to create optimized solution
- Lead and facilitate the customer discussions to convince on value proposition and positioning of the services.
- Monitoring and report that results including Order Booking (ACV) & Revenue targets
- Revenue and P&L Management in the region
Profile
- Team leading experience.
- A demonstrated track record of producing high-level sales results in Technology (IT Services selling)
- Solid technical acumen, to understand and translate product's technical requirement
- Robust commercial knowledge and understanding of RFQs and contracts
- Strong presentation skills
