Regional Sales Head - Online Photography & Digital Imaging

Hiring Regional Sales Head for a Leading online photography and Digital Imaging Company which provides customized printing Solutions.

Key Responsibility :

- Heading sales operations and P&L responsibility at the regional level - South India

- Accountable for Key account management and revenue generation

- Managing a large team of Sales Supervisors and Key account managers.

- Product training and Product positioning, Brand building, promotional activities.

- Team Management

Desired Profile :

- BE/B Tech/MBA/PGDM with 8 - 12 years experience in sales, preferably B2C from concept selling background preferred.

- Local market knowledge is mandatory.

- Exposure to handling region

- Managed business volume of atleast 80 L per month

- Managed a large team of atleast 30 - 40.

- Someone who is very aggressive in Sales.
