Role:
Responsible for heading sales and channel management operations for the Products business (B2B selling).
Reporting structure:
Position reports to- National Head
Positions reporting in- Area /Divisional Heads/Key Account Managers
Job Description:
- Leading the Regional team, to achieve top and bottom line budgets
- Ensuring receivables within credit period
- Inventory management and customer satisfaction in the region
- Guide the team to develop and nurture:
- Key accounts/customers.
- Open new markets.
- Develop channels in new markets.
- Handling and developing channel partners in the territories
Requirements:
Experience : 10 - 12 years experience.
Education : BE and MBA.
Industry Type : Experience in Institutional / Corporate / Industrial selling .
Office automation business, IT/ hardware, office consumables/ furniture or Packaged AC, water cooler or water treatment business.
Functional Area : Working knowledge of leading a team of sales personnel.
Should have had exposure to team working & team management.
Should have proven experience in key account management & institutional channel development.
