Position- Regional Sales Head
Industry - OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Automotive, Heavy Manufacturing, Electric equipment manufacturing
Reporting to- National Sales Head
Location- Kolkata and Delhi
Education- B.E (Electronic),B.Tech with MBA
Experience Required- Candidate having 6 to 10 Years experience in sales and marketing with leading OEM or Automobile industry.
Job Responsibilities-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting product Range to new and existing Clients.
- To achieve business objectives and sales target for the region.
- To manage existing customers and develop new customers, provide excellent customer service and manage relationship with customers.
- To perform monthly stock requirement forecasting and building annual business plans.
- To act as a key contributor to strategy marketing team.
- To identify opportunities to enhance visibility in the market through participation in exhibitions
- To initiate new product development.
- To construct the regional budget, both top line and on costs.
- To identify, track and handle competitive moves and subsequent customer negotiations.
- To direct, motivate, guide the sales team in achieving the business results.
- To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted channel.
