The Regional Head will be responsible for developing & delivering the sales plan, strategy & profitability specific for the region. He/She will be responsible for managing and maintaining the key relationships/influencers across our current third party distributor relationships. The person, in conjunction with the relevant channel RMs, will devise plans/strategies in order to increase market share from various channel partners and enhance Company visibility in the marketplace. To ensure the group requirement on KYC/AML guidelines/policies are followed. Any exceptions to this policy compliance will be duly reported/escalated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate Net Sales & Revenue from the agreed mix of distributors & private banks.
- Develop & deliver the sales plan, strategy & profitability specific for the region.
- Manage and maintain/develop key current third party distributor relationships.
- Identify and evaluate new partners who would like to work with company
- Devise plans to increase market share from various channel partners (Banks/Non Banks/Independent Financial Advisors/Corporates)
- Assess local market conditions by obtaining inputs from key stakeholders to drive overall sales performance
- Conduct training programs and make customer/distributor presentations.
KEY INTERNAL / EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Compliance, Operations, Investment Team, Product team etc.
- External: Distribution Partners, Corporate Clients, Banks, National Distributors & IFAs.
