Reports to : Zonal Business Head
Job Role :
Responsible for the achievement of sales goals in the region. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of a group of sales force in branches or districts. Review sales report to identify aspects requiring personal attention & support. Review and monitor administration & audit function, ensure regional activities are according to the annual plan & target.
Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales Market & industry analysis. Generating & increasing sales. Developing agents & distribution network. Selection & motivation of agents/distributors. Relationship management.
Behavioral Competencies :
- Should be having a pleasing & smart personality. Leadership skills, Excellent communication skills.
Role Specific Competencies :
- Should have an eye for detail. Thorough understanding of the market and team handling capabilities.
Formal Qualifications / Prior :
- MBA or C.A with minimum 10 to 12 years of experience. AMFI certification compulsory. Should have worked in similar profile for at least 2 years.
Experience/Industry :
- Looking for candidates from banking/mutual funds with experience in both retail and institutional/corporate sales with team handling.
