Regional Sales Head - Medical Devices/Healthcare

Graduates / Post Graduates with Good Communication Skills both verbal and written, experience in and responsible for :

- Eastern Region as well as northern region of India.

- Experience in Medical Devices, high end devices or equipment or critical Care products.

- Experience in leading a team of a region for at least 3-5 years.

- Experience in handling P&L Role.

- Experience of motivating, training and planning career for the team down the line.

- Preparing Sales Plan's including yearly, monthly, weekly and day wise.

- Pave way for sales growth in the region and increase in market share of products.

- Create market development plan

- Manage marketing expenses and spend on marketing programs

- Ensure sales force effectiveness

- Experience and ability to effectively communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
