Regional Head - Sales (branded Residences)

Requirement :

- Candidate with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a print media house or television media house- in an advertising sales function catering to the real estate vertical for branded residences.

- Preferably worked as a Team Leader/Head or at AVP position in Real Estate world magazine or HT property or MCHI exhibition division or real estate portals.

- He/she needs to be well networked within the real estate industry having good access to builders, developers and realty players (at promoter/senior mgt level) pan India.

- It includes monetizing and leveraging our bouquet of Premium brands (FTV, Rohit Bal Design and few more in pipeline) including F residences, Fashion villas, F signature homes and others- by striking licensing deals with builders pan India for the said branded residences.

- It's a full fledged front-line sales and strategic alliances role involved with set revenue targets.
