Regional Sales Head - Logistics eCommerce

Qualification: Graduate + MBA ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges Only )

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Head, Corporate Sales

Job Profile:

- Responsible for B2B sales / Enterprise Sales

- Building and managing a team of sales executives and sales support teams and ensuring team performance

- Achievement of sales target for the territory

- New business development: Acquire corporate clients

- Retention of existing business

- Maintain quality of business

- Maintaining credit days and on time collections

NOTES :

- Min 3 years post qualification experience (MBA)

- Age: 35 Years Max

- Only from B2B / Enterprise Sales Background, otherwise, DO NOT APPLY.

- Prefer industry - Logistics / Telecom ( Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, DHL, Bluedart, Safexpress, TNT etc )

- Current CTC should be more than 25 lacs

- Should have go-getter attribute

- Should have problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced,hyper-normal growth environment
