Job Specification:
Experience 12 to 16 years in experience in IT sales with 7-8 years of experience in BFSI industry in Western India.
Should be managing a sales team in their current role. Strong understanding of BFSI market in the state of Maharashtra/ Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve assigned sales target of over INR 100 Crs from India's western Region in BFSI vertical across PSUs, Private and cooperative domains.
- leading a team of sales and account managers
- To mentor, motivate and guide the team to achieve sales through business development in new accounts . Up-selling in existing accounts by representing OEMs - solutions across IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Application domains and Digital Transformation technologies like Blockchain, Cognitive RPA, Cloud, Big Data Analytics and Customer engagement.
- To successfully win system integration, managed services - SOC,NOC,FMS,AMC etc. and distribution opportunities by specking OEM's solutions
- To ensure timely collection of receivables from customers
- To achieve minimum net margin as per company standards on achieved revenues
