Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager at Kolo, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the team's success in a highly competitive advertising market.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals within your region. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets. Continuously analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies. Identify client needs and collaborate with the team to create customised advertising solutions.

Revenue Growth:

- Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques, cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new revenue streams within the region.

Performance Tracking:

- Establish and monitor sales KPIs, regularly reviewing progress against targets and taking corrective actions when necessary. Provide accurate and timely sales reports to senior management.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to position Kolo as an industry leader.

Budget Management:

- Manage the regional sales budget effectively, allocating resources where needed to maximize results.

Sales Collateral:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and materials that resonate with clients and prospects.

Contract Negotiation:

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure advertising deals and partnerships. Ensure contracts align with company policies and profitability goals.

Compliance:

- Ensure that all sales activities within the region comply with legal and ethical standards.
