Regional Sales Head - FMCG

Job Description :

1. This is a Quota carrying role. He / She will carry the revenue target for the regions under them.

2. Managing Blue Collar and Well as the Back-office team

a. Leading the Marketing, HR and Accounts teams through a Matrix Reporting

b. Will be managing relationship with company's retail partners - both from the Modern Trade as well as General Trade.

3. Expected to device Sales and Marketing strategy and tactics to maintain leadership position in the Food segment in these markets.
