Sales Strategy : Develop channel-wise sales strategy to ensure targeted distribution &amp; dominant. 2. In-store visibilty across channels. 3. Develop &amp; maintain an effective and efficient Route to Market across all three channels across the region 4. Team Development: Lead and develop the team of Field Sales Managers, Regional Trade Marketing Manager, Distribution Partner Managers across India to deliver the growth agenda of the organization. 5. Sales across Channels: Plan &amp; Deliver Primary &amp; Secondary sales growths across all three channels. 6. Keen strategist &amp; implementer with experience in accomplishing business growth on a consistent basis. 7. Expertise in strategic planning, market plan execution, account management and boosting of various sales efforts. 8. Proficiency in formulating business plans for retailing activities &amp; development of the business unit. 9. Expertise in analyzing and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
