- Formulating and execution of effective and cost-efficient route to market strategy.

- Bring in innovative strategies to sustain the distribution structure and effectiveness of coverage.
- Employ effective sales budget utilization and proper manpower planning for the territory to drive business in a stable manner.
- Tracking and reporting the competition activities periodically and take appropriate action to protect and drive the market share gains.
New Products and Business development:
- Identifying and developing new products in line with our overall strategy fit which will introduce streams for long-term revenue growth. Growth with a goal to identify larger and sustainable category.
Channel Management
- Trade marketing: Planning executing customized merchandising/signage s consumer promotions for accelerated business growth.
- Customize Zone wise/channel wise approach based on TOT, no of visibility points, business, service levels, activities trade spends.
- Tie up with National distribution company to have a better reach in a cost-effective means.
