Regional Head Sales- Enterprise Credit

The role is a balance of relationship management and credit appraisal. The Enterprise credit group works in the SME space and does focused lending to agriculture and commodity industry. Handling product called Commodity Based Finance(CBF)

- To lead a team of Solution Managers for business development in the region.

- Help the solution managers scout the region for prospecting clients.

- Mantain relationship with key customers in the region

- Ensure good credit quality

- Ensure team follows all laid down process and procedure

- Collaborate with other Bank channels for better client servicing and profitability

- The solution managers under him will perform these activities.

- Sourcing of enterprise credit customers and 360 degree feedback of the customer from 2 - 3 buyers, suppliers, competitors and bankers.

- Document collection, Primary Filtration and analysis of financials.

- Relationship management and regular monitoring of accounts.

- Closure of deals and documentation

- Active relationship management with existing clients and ensuring renewals and repeat business
