Job Description - Manage complete Modern Trade for a region, for an MNC in the consumer durables industry.

Client Details :

An MNC, with a strong Indian presence, in the consumer durables industry. They are focused to build their portfolio in India along with the introduction of new products. They are looking for a Regional Sales Head - Modern Trade, to help manage major regions and build a greater brand presence.

Description

You would be responsible for:

- Developing strategies for Modern Trade in the assigned region

- Building relationships with all the Modern Trade Retailers for achieving the goals

- To ensure smooth operations of retailer processes and deliver timely reports

- Deliver financial goals including load volume, revenue, no of active stores within each retailer as well as across the portfolio

- Work closely with other team members in operations, finance, and technology to ensure smooth operations

Profile :

You should have :

- 10 - 12 years of work experience in building Modern Trade

- A majority of your work experience in the geography related to the location you are applying

- Must have excellent knowledge of Modern Trade in Consumer Durables industry preferably Mobile Handsets

- Possess great team leadership and communication skills
