JD - Regional Head Sales for BLG (Business Loans Group) :

- Establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking (SME) and also developing & increasing the wallet share of existing business relationships. Working out a structured financial solutions for the SME clients.

- Identify the potential customers and market for build up new business through strong relationship management skills, effective service delivery to achieve budgeted target.

- Closely work with the different channels for generations of leads and also to maximize cross sell opportunities of different banking products.

- Handling a team of RM & FOS & responsible for overall target achievement

- Presentation of the credit proposals to different forums after analysis of financial statement and risk composition as per policy guidelines.

- Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, review and renewed on time and execution of documents as per sanction terms & conditions

- Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.

- Monitoring of pending compliances, corrective action for any alert trigger and pro-actively identify problems at an early stage & recommend appropriate remedial actions .

- Achieving Team target and monitor team performance and take corrective actions on a regular basis.
