- Promote Brand group products AQCETO/sanitary ware/VRH/WTS/Conti + as a most preferred brand.
- To develop and manage effectively sales distribution Network to meet business objectives
- Need to have the strong knowledge on the demography of the market concerned
- Effectively handle collections and ensure the branches adhere to the company's policy in terms of credit management
- Expand distribution and channel partners as per the geographical coverage under the guidance of the functional head. Meet up the project customers, institutional sales, and high net worth customers, builders, and promoters.
- Review the branch's sales performance and make recommendations for action based on findings
- Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors for the assigned regions
- Maintain commercial discipline in sales
- Receivables Management and good control over credit.
- Through innovative / creative market development programs, built the brand image for the products & established the market.
- Market intelligence, competition analysis and formulation & execution of product promotional strategies.
- Dealing with dealers claims, problems & effectively handling complaints & related problems
- Team Building and to motivate and lead Sales Executives and to monitor their reporting and performance.
- Training and motivating sales personnel towards achievement of goals.
- Encouraged teamwork thorough personal involvement.
