This role is with an omni-channel F&B company. The key accountabilities for the Regional Head North & East, Institutional Sales are as below :

1. STRATEGIC :

a) Lead the B2B Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Vending business in West India including Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat.

b) Define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

c) Use your networking and communication skills to identify and address clients' needs. The role requires a lot of creative thinking, to spot new opportunities and to establish rapid growth.

d) Strong process-oriented execution. Ability to convert a semi organised environment into a completely organised environment. This will also require an ability to roll up the sleeves and execute.

2. OPERATIONAL :

a) Work to onboard the Corporate SMB, Manufacturing & Institutional clients in the defined TG

b) Work closely with Distributors to on board clients through their connects & referrals

c) Participate in relevant RFPs and tenders

d) Manage relationship and ensure profitability of all the accounts in the region.

e) Generate expected revenue from the assigned accounts

f) Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

g) Generating additional revenue by using the window of opportunity to sell CPG products

h) Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

i) Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes

j) Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline

k) Approach potential customers to establish relationships

3. TEAM MANAGEMENT :

a) Build/strengthen the team and enable seamless and timely support to the business,

b) Monitor the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers.

c) A strong customer-oriented culture.
