Regional Head

Job Description:

- The candidate will directly report to the National Sales Head and be responsible for sales and business development activities across South India. The candidate will be part of the senior management and offers tremendous growth opportunities, will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the target of 8 crores in the next 8 months.

- Recruitment: Build a team of 5 Business Development professionals in Bangalore in the next 3 months

- Target Setting: Map the potential of various products, geographies, industries, corporates and assign targets to the team

- Team Management: Train, motivate, monitor and track the team to achieve and exceed targets

- Business Development: Grow the client base of Zaggle by leveraging the personal connections and connections of the group companies

- Collections: Ensure timely collections of payments from corporates in cases where credit has been advanced

- Competition: Monitor actions of competition and work with the senior management team to identify and execute counter measures and strategies

Key Skills: Minimum 6 - 10 years with at least 6 years in Sales (B2B) and 3 years in team management roles (MUST)

Qualification: Graduation, MBA Preferred

Should be from below industry :

- Corporate Sales experience ( from banking industry i.e. AXIS, ICICI, etc who are selling of prepaid cards )

- Cards industry ( Debit, Credit Prepaid, Forex card), Merchant Voucher/ Card industry i.e. Travel Cards, Gift cards, Commercial cards

- Candidates from Sodexo/Edenred etc.

Skills:

- Ability to manage teams

- Knowledge and sales experience in the Delhi/NCR region

- A target oriented go –getter capable of delivering results under pressure

- Communication skills

- Street Smart - Think on his / her feet

- Analytical skills

- Perseverance

- Out of the box thinking

- Willingness to travel - up to 20% a month
