Job Title: Regional Sales Head - B2C
Job Description:
- To manage a team of Cluster Sales Managers and Sales Managers for Entire Chennai.
- To ensure that all branches in the region achieve targets for revenue and customer acquisition.
- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at the regional level.
- To promote cross-selling and add value to the High Net Worth relationships at the branches.
- To co-ordinate and handle Branch P&L.
- To ensure overall profitability of the region.
- To analyze and continuously monitor the performance of a team. Create a strategy to achieve team targets.
- To constantly engage with various teams to generate business.
- To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the branches are met.
- Controlling attrition at branch levels.
- To ensure that all branches maintain all statutory and business regulatory controls and comply with the code of conduct.
- To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to the solution within the stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel.
Experience Range: 10 - 15 years
Educational Qualifications: Any graduation, Any PG Any Doctorate

Note: Equity and Mutual funds sales background is mandatory.
