JOB PROFILE
1) Responsible for increasing the penetration (Account Mining, Up-selling & Increasing business scope)
2) Relationship Management, maintaining high level of interaction with School decision makers, Directors, Board, Principals and Business & Operations Heads.
3) Understanding Schools’ goals, objectives & expectations related to delivery model – quality, quantity and deadlines
4) Design sales activities, including implementation & managing COMPITITION FOCUS at key locations /accounts and develop new business to maximize gross profit revenue. Dividing the entire cluster into Hub & Scope model to understand their market needs and drive business ground level across tier 1, 2, 3 cities & towns across cluster.
5) Communicating delivery model to all stake holders (internal) and review progress and driving delivery to closures by deadlines.
6) Post mining clients business – On conformance of order, negotiating, documenting and coordinating with commercial, legal of both the organizations and delivery team and work out the ‘SLA’ documentation and contract sign-up.

2) Motivating the team members & help them break down large goals to small delivery objectives and guide them to reach their goals within required timelines.
