Requirement for Regional sale export manager for a Leading panel products-Laminates company.
Reporting : Head International business

Mandatory Requirement :
- Candidate must have good experience of Europe Market.
- Candidate from organized setup.
Stability is required.
Job Responsibility :
- Develop & drive the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy for the achievement of annual sales targets for that region as assigned to them
- Ensure execution of the sales strategy for expansion & retention of the customer base, increasing market share and development of a strong brand proposition in the region
- Formulate and monitor sales targets and forecasts, set quarterly/monthly targets for each product segment and communicate the same to various sales teams
- Supervise effective consolidation and production planning of orders received with the production team
- Ensure that timely dispatch plan is published to ensure timely delivery of the finished goods to the customer
- Liaise with business development team for identifying leads to add new dealers and open new channels in the market, especially for new line of products
- Conduct regular sales review meetings for identification of issues affecting realization and discuss the sales trends and best practices
- Give timely feedback to R&D and production after analyzing market surveillance data to help in product enhancements and innovation
- Ensure timely provision of demand forecast to production team for meeting international customer requirements
- Formulate robust information management systems to acquire and capture analyze leads and maintain proper documentation to comply to all ISO formats
- Drive performance orientation through regular monitoring, review of performance parameters and providing feedback to team members
- Ensure that the collaterals are designed and published in time for new as well as existing customers
- Increase frequency of orders given by the country to at least once in the quarter
- Coordinate for dispatch, shipment and receipt of finished goods by the customers abroad
- Coordinate with the Local Exports Coordinator in order to plan for the dispatch in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the Customer co-ordinator in order to communicate the shipment details to the customer
