Job Description:
Strategic Planning:
- To work with Management to achieve region sales and margin goals
- Projecting monthly targets for the team and corresponding revenue projection to the management and establishing the strategies for achievement of set targets.
- Meeting the sales targets assigned for the area through the distributors both in terms of retail numbers on one hand and billing numbers on other hand.
Business Development:
- Reviewing and Analysing Market Share report both internal and external.
- Identifying & developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat business.
Channel / Dealer Management:
- Managing channel partners for deeper market penetration.
- Stock monitoring and reordering to regularize stock.
- Managing the credit control policies and check on o/s collections.
Product Promotions / Brand Positioning:
- Planning promotional activities to enhance growth, generating ideas/programmes for promotion of products and implementing the same to develop the market.
- Negotiate favourable terms and prices from suppliers.
- Identify and develop new supplier to expand range
Team Management:
- Recruiting, mentoring, training and developing field functionaries to ensure the sales efficiency.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development of opportunities.
Salary Offered : 5-11 Lakhs
