- Responsible for Mumbai accounts who will be part of the sales initiative  - Responsible for landing sales initiative at Mumbai based 200 X 1 accounts and other large accounts.  - Work with principals to increase large account business in West region   - Prepare the business plan and strategy, Structure for the respective Business  - Overall responsible for the business line revenue and GC.  - Manage and enable all other principal relationship across the country  - Regional principal alignment & Account Planning with our region  - Business Planning and Governance with Principals.  - Help Regional sales team in closing deals.  - Reduction in Cost of sales, Better Commercial terms from principals  - Creation and management of funnel.  - Competition tracking & monitoring  - Be the exec sponsor for next 10 customers  Experience Required  - BE, MBA from premier B-School.  - Experience 15 to 20 Years with man management responsibility  - Experience in selling software License /Software Products in western region
