Position : Regional Sales Development Manager(RSDM)
Reporting to : Head - Sales
Qualification : MBA
Experience : 8 year to 10 year.
Job Responsibility :
1) NPD Launches and GTM plan execution :
- Work closely with the HO- Trade Marketing team to ensure on ground execution through Sales team of - Merchandising standards, POSM utilization, distribution drives, outlet additions etc.
2) Frontline Sales Capability Enhancement :
- Closely work with the Branch Sales leadership teams and identify areas of intervention and provide enabling inputs for the frontline sales teams, distributors to improve distribution and grow sales in new, multi category environments.
3) Pipeline Management :
- Keep a close watch on the stock pipeline at the retailer, distributor, depot level to ensure optimal product freshness, while managing distributor investment and minimize OOS situations.
4) Ground Zero Feedback :
- Take timely steps to identify vulnerable areas and course correct with a collaborative approach with Branch teams and discussion/alignment with HO-Sales.
