Designation : Regional Sales Development Manager
Selection criteria : MBA (From Top B-Schools)
Sector Exposure: 7+Yrs of exp into FMCG Sector OR Should have experience of Strategy Consulting with any of the Management Consulting firm in FMCG vertical
Location : Mumbai
CTC : Best in Industry.
Experience: Minimum 7+Yrs of experience post MBA.
Required Skills: Brand Development / Sales Management & Activation of FMCG Brands.
Job profile:
- Responsible for development and implementation of distribution strategy across the states.
- Responsible for building Brand by defining competitive positioning for the Brand, creating compelling propositions and by communicating Big Brand Ideas
- Leading a Multifunctional Innovation/Renovation to deliver a Project on Time
- GTM Evaluation and Transformation in Urban and Rural
- Capability build-up to match strategy requirements
- Developing, implementing and evaluating all ATL & BTL plans for the brand.
- Develop and implement all marketing and commercial strategies.
