Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Topline and Bottomline across the region, by driving business from existing distributors.
- Expanding the dealer/distributor network in the region by exploring untapped markets
- Tracking current shopper and market trends, thereby devising specific Go To Market strategies Leading a team of Area Managers and Sales Managers and being responsible for numbers
The Successful Applicant:
- You will be a postgraduate with around 10-13 years of post qualification experience in sales and distribution functions within the FMCG Industry and experience in the food and beverages industry would be preferred.
- The client is looking for someone with a strategic bent of mind, excellent communication skills, and the experience of managing teams.
- Experience in Kerla is needed.
