Job Profile:
Description of the job and key result areas:
- Achieving rural SOB / OS for the state while working on defined strategy
- Driving incremental sales in the region while working in focus tehsils
- Actively participating to develop rural network in cohesion with RSM's / MMD- s
- Enhancing Service reach in focus tehsils for better customer convenience
- Working on manpower adequacy & capability building (RRCs and Upcountry Managers) in collaboration with ASM's.
- Driving enquiry generation in Focus Tehsil across diverse customer segments through focused campaigns
- Demand management under diverse business scenarios to maintain pipeline for growth in FT- s
Specific desirable experiences/ preferred knowledge areas:
- Relevant experience in rural markets
- Desire & passion to lead business growth in upcountry market with collaboration & personal drive
- Good interpersonal skills, persuasion & negotiation skills, customer orientation
- Knowledge of financial aspects, operating economics, market trends, competition dynamics
