- Lead a team of HR professionals to run seamless lifecycle management. - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Manage the recruitment process, selection and offers rolled-out for all zones within budgeted head count numbers - Develop independently the sourcing strategies for the zones with emphasis on sourcing from locally available population - Manage a team of zonal managers and liaise with function heads to ensure recruitment strategies are in place for peak season hiring - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. - Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal and compliance department as needed/required. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation - Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. - Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met - Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.. - Develop and coach the zonal teams to achieve hiring targets as well as partner with business to achieve HR Operational plans - Implement HR projects and processes in different zones and lead a team of floor HR SPOCs for the same. - Manage attrition levels in each zone and ensure the company targets are achieved.
