This Role will be responsible for managing the Business HR role for one Business Region
- Support and execute Talent Acquisition strategy as per guidelines from COE
- Ensure raising requisitions on SuccessFactors (HRMS System) on time and closure of positions till Sr. Exec Level for the Region
- Support in sourcing and coordination of candidates at regional level
- Collaborate with Corporate COE teams to ensure market mapping data for key and critical positions
- Facilitate all employee lifecycle processes in collaboration with Central HR Ops team
- Ensure effective and timely onboarding, induction, confirmation of new employees
- Ensure smooth exit for resigning employees and 100 % compliance in terms of capturing resigned employee data on ADIOS software
- Monitor Payroll processing and ensure all accurate input for payroll within 15th of every month
- Ensure all statutory compliance under applicable Govt. Laws /Acts for Regional Office along with monitoring the same for all plants under RO (if any)
- Manage 3P payroll and compliance
- Oversee Employee records updation
- Ensure complete documentation of all IR issues, employee grievances etc
- Ensure all Organization and Department Charts at the Regional level are regularly updated
- Participate in employee relations investigations and conduct research into matters, including litigation requests (as appropriate)
- Cascade OD initiatives at Plant Level
- Facilitate acceptance/drive adoption by the employees/staff in Region on the change initiatives
