- Conceptualization and execution of new initiatives towards increasing employee engagement and employee wellness initiatives.

- Driving Talent Management Initiatives

- Partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their potential through Talent Management Initiatives.

- Performance Management System

- Facilitating and ensuring smooth roll-out of year end performance appraisal cycle (28,000+employees).

- Monitoring the appraisal process for employees (1000+ employees).
