Regional Retail Manager - Luggage - South

Eyeing for a Retail Regional Manager for a Luggage Conglomerate for its Regional Office- South Zone.

Qualification : MALE MBA Graduates/ Graduates with Relevant experience as RRM (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala) for South Zone.

Minimum Experience : 7 and Maximum Experience: 10 yrs.

Age Limit- 25- 34 yrs.

Reporting to: Retail Head.

Reportees: Floor / Store Managers/ ASM

Job Role:

- Want someone who has experience of taking care of Exclusive (Retail) Brand Outlets (EBO’s).

The role is responsible to drive the Retail Top line, bottom line numbers, Business development and operational efficiency improvement within the region.

- Business Development : Market mapping, Gap Analysis, Identifying business opportunities, identifying and sourcing the right stores, commercial and legal negotiations and Project execution.

- Operation Efficiency : Merchandising planning and supply, man-power planning.

- Team Management : With target orientation, Training, implementing store operation manual, audits, customer feedback and corrective actions.

Regional Office : Bangalore / Karnataka- Retail Operation, (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala)
