Job Position : Regional Recruitment Manager India - Delhi (Noida / Gurgaon) Job Purpose: The Group is looking for a professional Recruiter, results oriented mature person who can support our regional recruitment across India, build the employer brand and participate in ongoing recruitment projects. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and work with a high degree of ambiguity. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing of candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting. - Building strong pipeline of talent whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis. - Ensure cost effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent. - Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process across India, including approvals. - Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, offer &amp; on-boarding processes for senior hires - Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders. - Be a key member of the global recruitment team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs, at the same time taking part in the India HR team. - Build, develop and coach a regional recruiting function. - Monitor and manage SLA's and KPI's across the region
