Regional Recovery Head - Commercial Vehicle/Construction Equipment - Financial Sector

Job Description

- Take responsibility for implementation of strategies for improving efficiency in the RSME Collections with 60+ days overdue for the assigned region and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections

- Take responsibility for system implementation (Tab) for monitoring collection process in the assigned zone and training collections team to use the new system

- Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department and Zonal Collection Head for cases that need to be restructured and for cases in which assets can be recovered through legal intervention

- Provide data to the Zonal Collection Head for setting up MIS processes and generate anticipatory data analytics intelligence to drive efficiency in collections process

- Ensure adequate training of team members to be able to handle market dynamics and meet the requirements of the customer
