Job Description: Qualification: B.E ( Electronics & communication/IT/computer science)
Experience: 12 years in telecom network rollout and project management, especially in the field of wireless technology. Experience in WiFI network rollout will be a Big+. Job Profile: Region).
2- To manage project resources, service partners, customer (Internal and external), Budgets, cash flow, Risk management, communications (internal and external), coordination with all the stakeholders for timely execution of the project.
3- Independently manage large scale project & sub projects ensuring good Profitability & Quality.
4- Responsible for network rollout, project plans and management, vendor management, resource allocations, revenue assurance, service assurances, budgets and cost controls, capex and opex, and optimization of services cost through various means and measures.
5- Overall profit and loss responsibility for the project.
6- Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation services.
7- Leads project team Manage time, quality, progress, manage execution of the project according to budget, manage costs and risks.
8- Accountable for managing successful deliveries of the project with in the time and scope based on the KPIs & SLAs, managing network integrations, acceptances and operational support.
Requirements:-
1-Proven experience in implementation and project management of large Telecom network rollout, especially in deployment of Wi-Fi Network will be an added advantage.
2- Must have handled deployment for more than 2 telecom circles.
3- Must have handled multiple service partners and manage multiple teams and resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professional of all organizational levels. Customer management. Must have handled multiple service partners and manage multiple teams and resources. Ability in problem solving and negotiations.
