Role: Responsible for the overall Programming of respective stations.

Experience: 8-12 Yrs experience

Reporting To: National Programming Head/Regional Business Head

Profile :

- Managing Multiple Station.

- Ensuring all Stations to attain no. 1 Rank(all survey)

- Ideation of new concepts for internal/commercial use

- Alignment with requirement with sales team members

- Bring down Attrition at respective stations

- Grooming employees for better business results

- Identify training needs and arrange training

- System and Process Execution

Employment Requirement :

- Graduate/Post-Graduate/Professional Degree/Diploma

- Proficient oral and written communication skills.

- He/she should be creative with good imagination and spontaneity.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Content management system.

- Team handling ability.
