Job Description :

Title : Regional Production Head

Location : Mumbai

Reporting : Production Head / Regional Business Head

Job Purpose :

- The Production Head of the Mumbai region is required to have good understanding and expertise of all event execution elements. The position is primarily responsible for planning and executing events as per the set guidelines and given budget.

Job Responsibility :

- Being up to date with new technology in the market

- Providing on-site supervision and managing event logistics to ensure efficient execution of the entire event

- Identifying vendors and negotiating services and costing as per client / event requirements

- Planning permissions, licensing for all events

- Liaising with vendors and agencies to ensure quality of the events

- Creating budget sheets and logistic plan for all events

- Working closely with the business development and servicing team fulfill client objectives

- Team development and team building

Education and Experience : Graduate / Post Graduate in Mass Communication / Advertising / Event Management

- 8 - 12 years of experience in events & activations, exhibitions and retail design, films, animations and online content, destination management and hospitality
