Job Summary :

- The Regional Product Manager e-commerce is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and prospects by exploring opportunities focused on e-commerce last mile retail logistics business to large B2C & B2B e-commerce companies, D2C brands, Social Media sellers, large brands selling through their own website and Market place sellers.

- Be responsible for leading growth and managing senior business relationships for the e-commerce business vertical of DTDC in the assigned region.

- The role will involve strategic planning to grow and manage the top line of the e-commerce business in the assigned territory by Individual contribution as well as by driving the business with help of channel and direct sales teams, consulting with key enterprise clients, and solving a diverse set of problem statements around logistics, championing customer delight.

Requirements :

- MBA from a Tier II B-School

- Overall 5 Plus Years of experience, preferably including stints in Logistics / B2B sales roles

- Logistics experience desirable with Enterprise knowledge

- Experience of working in a dynamic and quick turnaround environment

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Understanding of product, structured thinking and analytical approach to solve problems

- Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the Company - both virtually and in person; comfortable selling at the "C" level

- Self-starter with an enthusiastic approach and "can do" attitude, high energy

- Analytical approach to determine what business is worth pursuing

- Willing and able to be nimble and flexible in the face of change
