Regional Product Manager - Equity - Hyderabad

We are currently looking for Regional Product Manager - Equity with one of the leading financial company for Hyderabad location.

Specific Responsibilities :

- Analyse business process and workflow to define product strategy that meets external and internal customer needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance and resource costs.

- Analyze the effectiveness of current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce the failure rates, increase usage and improve conversion rates based on understanding customer needs Work closely with developments teams to explain the requirements of new features and change request in current features.

- User Acceptance testing to ensure that product has been delivered as per the requirement.

- Initiate activities to build customer relationship from one product to multiple products and Increase Online Revenue per customer

- Introduce new promotion schemes, offers, programs, webinars, seminars, events to maximize online product penetration and enhance revenues

- Create product presentation, sales/ product presentation month on month across products for easy product dissemination and increase product sales

- Track performance and Share dashboard & MIS on performance with management and other stake holders

- Track competition and Introduce new ideas to build higher revenue across products

Specific Authorities:

- Sign off for product development and rollout of product.

Key Performance Indicators :

- Closely track the customer behavior, segment wise and conduct activities to ensure customers move from lower revenue bucket to higher revenue bucket

- Rollout of product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.
