Salary Range: 18 - 25 LPA
1. Handling commercial products (new car, cv, ce & used car,cv,ce) sales function for Maharashtra Region
2. Monitoring & reviewing top line sales through territory business head & branch managers and Achieving the business targets month on month
3. Maintaining the relationship with OEM & dealers through regular visits
4. Issue resolution with OEM & channels
5. Regular monitoring sales TAT & Conversion
6. Creating new avenues and prospective from the market
7. Focusing to enhance the business specially from the key counters
8. Event Organization for boosting the counter output at Main Dealers
9. Launching of new products & festival schemes.
10. Managing quarterly channel performance and re classification of channel category through his business.
11. Facilitate training for channels & dealers
12. Mapping of payout, pricing & revision of payout grids.
13. Coordinating with Recovery team on bucket wise collection efficiency to control
Training and adherence to compliance norms
- Regular interaction with the state leadership teams to guide, counsel, hand hold to enhance performance
- Training the team on product knowledge,to enable them to pitch the right deals in order to increase productivity for Sales
- On job training and mentoring with regards to various aspects of product and policies and ensure adherence to all laid down processes and policies
