Team - Lead a Regional Category Procurement Team of 13-15 and India Procurement
Team of 5-7
An Engineering College/University education is required.
- Preferably with min 10-15 years work experiences, and a minimum of 5 years in a team leader capacity, and working knowledge of a manufacturing environment (factory/mills), Logistics, and broad exposure to Supply Chain
- Experienced in M&E, Transportation and / or Contract Manufacturing procurement preferred
- Experienced in leading transformational procurement or Supply Chain programs to deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement
General Responsibilities
- Support global and APAC strategy development and planning
- Lead the strategy alignment and execution for regional and local spends
- Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance as per procurement policies
- Support Supplier relationship and risk management
- Talent Development and Workforce Management
- Strategic Supplier Relationship and Innovation
